Repair Underground Pipes Without Digging
Pipe relining is a proven trenchless technology that fixes cracked, root-damaged or leaking underground pipes from the inside — without breaking ground, lifting pavers or disturbing gardens. How does the installation work?
Nine steps from diagnosis to a verified, permanent repair — all without a shovel.
CCTV inspection
We camera the drain to locate the exact position of the break and assess the extent of damage.
Measure and plan
We measure the length of lining required, confirm pipe diameter, and prepare the repair spec.
Rope the line
With the camera inside, we push to the exit point and thread a rope through the full length of the pipe.
Impregnate the liner
A felt liner is saturated with a two-part epoxy resin engineered to bond permanently to the host pipe.
Prepare for insertion
An inflatable bladder is pulled through the wet liner, then rolled and taped for insertion through the pipe.
Pull into position
Using the rope, the liner is drawn into place. Camera confirms correct positioning before inflation.
Inflate and cure
The bladder inflates the liner hard against the pipe wall and holds it there until the resin cures rock solid.
Remove the bladder
The bladder is pulled out, leaving behind the new liner — bonded permanently to the host pipe.
Final CCTV check
All work is inspected by camera, recorded, and the footage is handed over to you as part of the job.
Every job starts and ends with CCTV. We camera the pipe before we quote and again after we finish. The post-install footage is yours — part of the job documentation alongside your 50-year warranty certificate.
