Rehabilitation capabilities

Standard CIPP relining handles most residential and light commercial jobs. For applications requiring certified pressure ratings, chemical resistance, thermal tolerance or large diameters, we engineer liner systems to match the specific demands of the asset.

Up to 1500mm diameter

Large Bore Rehabilitation

Structural CIPP liners for large diameter pipe assets over any length. Suitable for major trunk sewers, stormwater culverts and bulk water infrastructure.

–20°C to +180°C

Temperature-Rated Liners

Liner systems engineered for thermal extremes. Suitable for industrial process pipelines, food manufacturing, steam condensate and chilled water systems.

Inert resin systems

Chemical-Resistant Lining

Custom resin formulations resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents and industrial effluent. Suitability confirmed against your specific chemical exposure profile.

Up to 1800kPa

Pressure Pipe Rehabilitation

Pressure-rated liners for potable and non-potable applications. Independently tested and certified. Suitable for water mains, fire services and industrial pressure lines.

Non-circular profiles

Culvert Rehabilitation

Structural rehabilitation for box culverts, ovoid, egg-shaped and irregular cross-sections. Restores hydraulic capacity and structural integrity without excavation.

High-pressure rated

Fire Service Rehabilitation

Pressure liners certified for fire suppression systems. Maintains flow performance and system integrity under the demanding conditions of fire service operation.

Trenchless CIPP rehabilitation: how it works

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is the primary method used in commercial pipeline rehabilitation. A flexible structural liner, saturated with a thermosetting resin, is inserted into the host pipe through an existing access point. It is then positioned, inflated and cured — forming a new, structurally independent pipe inside the original.

The result is a pipe within a pipe: structurally stronger than the original, sealed against infiltration and exfiltration, corrosion-resistant, and rated for the pressures and temperatures your application demands. No excavation. No reinstatement costs. Minimal operational disruption.

For assets where downtime is costly — rail corridors, hospitals, treatment plants, industrial facilities — trenchless rehabilitation is the only practical option.

Data on demand

Technical data and compliance support

Asset owners, facility managers and project engineers working in regulated environments need more than a completed installation. We provide full technical documentation packages on request, enabling you to validate liner suitability, satisfy compliance requirements and maintain asset records.

RISI certification is held by our staff for projects on rail corridors and associated infrastructure. All work is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty underwritten by insurance.

Commercial pipe rehabilitation FAQs

What is CIPP pipe rehabilitation?

CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) is a trenchless rehabilitation method where a resin-saturated flexible liner is inserted into a deteriorated pipe, positioned and cured to form a new structural pipe within the original. No excavation is required.

What pipe sizes can you rehabilitate?

Our commercial capability covers standard residential diameters through to large bore applications up to 1500mm in diameter, over any length required.

Can you rehabilitate pressure pipes and potable water mains?

Yes. We install pressure-rated liners certified to withstand up to 1800kPa, suitable for potable and non-potable water applications. Full test data and compliance documentation is available.

Do you work on rail and government projects?

Yes. We hold RISI certification for rail corridor projects and have experience across government, defence, healthcare and transport infrastructure environments.

How quickly can a custom liner be manufactured?

Non-standard diameters and resin formulations can typically be engineered and manufactured within days. We work with your programme and access windows to minimise operational disruption.

What documentation do you provide on completion?

We provide CCTV inspection footage, material data sheets, test reports, warranty documentation and any project-specific compliance data required for your asset records.

Ready to discuss your rehabilitation project?

Bring us the asset. We will assess it, recommend the right liner system, provide full compliance data and give you a fixed price before any work begins.
